Established in 2026, Rev x Bloom represents the fusion of two trusted Southern Maryland beauty and wellness brands: The Revitalizing Skin Studio and Bloom Aesthetics. What began as a shared vision in 2025 has evolved into a fully integrated medical spa experience rooted in expertise, education, and elevated care.

The Rev Studio, founded in 2022 by licensed esthetician Rachel Nalls, was built on a passion for transformative skincare and an unwavering commitment to client relaxation and well-being. Bloom Aesthetics, launched in 2023, brought a strong focus on aesthetic medical treatments and personalized, confidence-boosting results. Together, these strengths now power one unified destination for comprehensive, results-driven beauty and wellness.

At Rev x Bloom, clients can expect a seamless blend of advanced clinical treatments and restorative spa services. Our highly trained team offers everything from customized skin treatments, massage therapy, brows and lashes, and corrective skincare to Botox, fillers, and well-rounded facial rejuvenation. Rachel Nalls

Lead Esthetician & Owner

Rachel Nalls is the lead esthetician and owner of Revitalize X Bloom. After Rachel graduated from Calvert High School with her cosmetology license, she went on to Von Lee School of Aesthetics and received her esthetician certification. She has over seven years of experience in the esthetics industry and ten years of experience overall in the beauty industry.

“Opening the studio has always been a lingering dream in the back of my mind, but it never really seemed possible. I always knew I had the motivation and drive to open a place of my own, but I never knew if the passion was there to support it. After pursuing a different career and the birth of my son Dean, I knew it’s what I needed to do."

Rachel prides herself in her vast knowledge of the science of skin treatments and education of proper skincare. "My hope is that everyone can visit the studio and love the skin they are in with the results-driven treatments we provide."

Hannah Filippelli, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC

Nurse Practicioner & Owner

Founded by Nurse Practitioner Hannah Filippelli, Revitalize X Bloom is the culmination of her lifelong passion for helping people look and feel their best. As a certified Nurse Practitioner with years of medical expertise, Hannah brings both professionalism and a personalized touch to aesthetic care.

Hannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the prestigious West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2020. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and holds a certification in Cultural Competency Training. Her extensive medical background equips her to deliver safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments with the highest standard of care.

Before launching Rev X Bloom, and previously Bloom Aesthetics, Hannah honed her clinical skills as part of the CalvertHealth Medical Group, where she worked closely with patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Hannah's passion for aesthetics was always at the forefront. For years, she offered Botox treatments on the side, helping friends and clients achieve their desired look. Now, she’s fully dedicated to her dream of providing top-tier aesthetic services.

Caitlyn

Caitlyn Lynch is an esthetician and the esthetics manager at Revitalize X Bloom. She has over six years experience in the beauty industry and five years practicing esthetics. Caitlyn graduated from Calvert High School with her cosmetology license, then went on to Von Lee School of Aesthetics where she received her esthetician certification.

Before coming to Revitalize X Bloom, Caitlyn worked at Hand and Stone for many years as their lead Esthetician. She has traveled to Florida, North Carolina and many other states to receive advanced education in the field.

Caitlyn has spent time training other fellow estheticians and is always eager to advance in her career. She prides herself in helping her clients make more time for themselves while providing customized and results-driven skincare treatments.

Skylar

Skylar Howard started as a Studio Coordinator at Revitalize X Bloom and quickly realized her love for the beauty industry. She attended Chesapeake School of Esthetics while gaining hands-on experience at our skin studio.

In August 2023, Skylar obtained her license to become an esthetician and has been helping our clients shine ever since! Skylar is highly skilled and passionate about enhancing natural beauty and overall skin health. She believes in the power of personalized treatments that cater to each client’s unique needs. Skylar is committed to providing her clients a relaxing, comfortable, and results-driven experience.

Sarah, RN

With over seven years of experience as an Emergency Room and Operating Room nurse across Maryland, Sarah has built her career on compassion, precision, and helping others feel their best.

Her personal struggle with adult acne sparked a love for skincare and grew into an obsession for helping others feel confident, radiant, and glowing in their own skin.

By combining her medical background with a new passion for aesthetics, Sarah is providing treatments that enhance natural beauty and empower clients to feel their most confident self.

Lauren

Lauren is a licensed esthetician who graduated from Chesapeake School of Esthetics in 2018 and has been obsessed with all things skin ever since. She loves helping clients feel confident in their own skin and believes the best results come from a combination of personalized treatments, education, and a consistent at-home routine. After mentoring and training fellow estheticians throughout her career, she knows there’s always something new to learn and is passionate about continuing her education in advanced skincare.

For Lauren, skincare is more than just results—it’s an experience. She blends corrective treatments with a relaxing, luxury touch, believing it’s the little details that turn an appointment into something clients genuinely look forward to. Her goal is for every guest to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their skin.

Madison

Born and raised in Southern Maryland, Madison is a licensed esthetician and proud graduate of Pro Skin Academy with a passion for all things skincare. She is excited to be part of the Revitalize X Bloom team as our Assistant Coordinator, where she combines her knowledge of the aesthetics industry with a love for creating exceptional client experiences.

Whether she’s welcoming you into the studio, helping behind the scenes, or ensuring your visit runs smoothly, Madison is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

Outside of the studio, Madison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new baking recipes, discovering new places, and going for walks. She looks forward to getting to know each client and being part of your self-care journey at Revitalize X Bloom.
